Rutendo Benson Matinyarare
Marketing Director
Rutendo is the Marketing Director and co-founder of Frontline Studio with over 15 years marketing experience. He has managed to grow the customer base by offering progressive value offerings that include online marketing and digital strategies that are aligned to prevailing global trends. His knowledge of web optimization and effective social media strategies distinguishes him as marketer of the 21st century. His ability to apply the various marketing strategies across industries which include financial services to mining has ensured that Frontline remains ahead of its peers in offering effective marketing solutions to its burgeoning client base.
Rutendo’s qualifications include the Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Postgraduate Diploma from (CIM) (UK), Marketing degree with the Institute of Marketing Management Graduate (SA) and a Sales and Marketing Management Diploma from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). He is presently completing the necessary processes to attain his Chartered Marketer status with the CIM (UK) through the CPD Continuous development program.
Rodrick Chakaipa
Multimedia Director
Rodrick is the Multimedia Director and co-founder of Frontline Studio with 9 years experience in the multimedia field. He has worked with established companies including: Subaru, Nickelodeon and MTV. He worked for Pixelcorps and the Museum of Modern Arts in San Francisco for a year before migrating back to Africa. Although his primary focus and passion is web development Rodrick has developed a keen skills in parallel fields of motion graphics and design. His experience with platforms such as Illustrator, InDesign, Cinema 4D, Photoshop and Wordpress have positioned him as a sought after designer.He has created innovative websites for well-known South African organisations such as the GEP Gauteng Enterprise Propella, CPC (Gauteng online Portal) and the Princess of Africa Foundation, a charity website founded by the music artist Yvonne Chaka Chaka.
Rodrick holds a qualification in Digital and Multimedia design attained from Pixel Corps (USA), a leader in Digital Media Training. He attained a Diploma in Graphic Design from the Zimbabwe Institute of Vigital Arts
Matthew Bird
Creative Director
Matthew is the Creative Director with over 16 years diverse experience in various forms of visual communication including branding, packaging design, corporate identity development and point of sale advertising.
He spent 9 years in London studying and subsequently working for several specialised branding, identity and packaging design agencies. Matthew’s industry experience ranges from mass market consumer brands, education, government entities and charities. He has created products for well-known brands such as: Dunlop, Peugeot, Orange Mobile, O2, Siemens, Epson, B.A.T, Gauteng Provincial Legislature, E-Tag, Saicom, Tiger Brands, National Nuclear Regulator, Wyeth Global Pharmaceuticals, Smith Kline Beecham, Mars, Heinz, Whitbread Breweries, Bacardi, Walls, John West, Debenhams, Woolworths, Marks & Spencers, Sanisburys, Holiday Inn, Clicks, Kirsten Goss, The Red Cross and Intel.
Matthew’s holds a Masters degree in Communication Design from the Chelsea College of Art & Design - London
Nosipo Bekani
Communications and Client Services Consultant
Nosipo is the Communications Consultant for Frontline with over 10 years administration, communications and paralegal experience. Nosipo spent 8 years with Rand Merchant Bank (RMB Asset Management) within the Recruitment Department, Edward Nathan Sonneberg in the Corporate Law Division and Sonnenberg Hoffmann Galombik in the Public Relations department.
She has distinguished herself as an effective communicator through effective management of her clients' requests and expectations. Nosipo has maintained a high standard of confidentiality and efficiency in dealing with all sensitive information thereby making her a key support to the Frontline management team. Her dedication to her clients is demonstrated by her willingness to ensure that her clients are attended to promptly including working out of standard office hours.
She is also currently the Professional Assistant at Musa Capital where she is responsible for administrative processes including events management, corporate branding, public relations and website development.
Nosipo holds a Senior Paralegal Diploma from the South African School of Paralegals and a Business Management Diploma attained from Damelin Business Campus. She is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commercial Law Degree with the University of South Africa.
